Raw Prune Energy Balls
These raw prune energy balls with pecans, goji berries, cacao, cinnamon, and cayenne are super delicious and easy to make for a great dessert or snack.

Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 20 balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soft pitted prunes
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
Instructions

Throw the pecans, prunes, goji berries, cacao powder, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt in a food processor fitted with the s blade, and pulse until the ingredients are rustically chopped and well combined.

With a tablespoon measurer, scoop the mixture out, and roll into balls. Place the 1/2 cup shredded coconut on a plate or cutting board, and roll the balls in the coconut until evenly coated.

Store the balls in a sealed container in the fridge.

ooo, I LOVE the idea of doing these with prunes!! Every other recipe I see uses dates, but I love the flavor of prunes and have a big bag at home – going to make this when I’m back for sure!!

I love these. I added 3/4 prunes and 1/2 cup apricots instead of Goji Berries
