Mint Pineapple Ginger Kale Juice
This mint pineapple ginger kale juice from The Holy Kale is sweet, delicious, hydrating, and loaded with nutrients to cleanse the liver and colon, and encourage cellular regeneration.
The health benefits this kale juice:
Lemon – stimulates bile, therefore pushing toxins out of the liver for full clearance. In addition, they contain limonoids, which have been shown to help fight cancers of the mouth, skin, lung, breast, stomach and colon.
Pineapple – containing the specialized enzyme bromelain, which is a protease enzyme, these guys have an anti-inflammatory effect, and have also shown to clear up pathogenic material in the body.

Yes. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and add enough water for a blendable consistency. Tweak flavors to taste, and then strain.

Kale is typically sold in bunches, so use the entire bunch. Alternatively, use about 8 leaves or stalks.
