Immunity Juice In A Blender
If you’re looking for juices made in a blender, this red immunity juice is about to rock your world. Yes! You can make juices in your blender. Just throw whole fruits and vegetables into your blender and add water as needed to get a juice consistency. You can drink your whole blended juice with all of the fiber or strain the juice to remove the pulp.
With this red immunity juice the consistency is so smooth there is no need to strain. And, if I’m not juice fasting, I always drink my juices unstrained to retain the full nutrient value of the fruits and vegetables.
KitchenAid Party In London
I served this juice at a holiday dinner for some food bloggers at the KitchenAid® London Experience Store on Wigmore Street in London. This space is absolutely incredible! I wish we had something like this in L.A. There is a giant stand mixer in the window, and on any given day you can see hundreds of shoppers taking selfies with the iconic kitchen appliance.
Our guests included:
Chef Nathan Marley and Chef Lisa Marley from The Cocoa Box
Greedy Gourmet

It was a really fun night where there were blending stations all over the store, and everybody was responsible for making one of the dishes on the menu.
The Blender Dinner Menu
The blender menu at our party included:
pumpkin latte
tastes-like-ice-cream kale shake
minty pea soup
mushroom stroganoff
citrus quinoa salad
spicy strawberry sorbet
And this whole blended juice I’m sharing today.
Whole Juice In A Blender
I love making whole blended juice in a blender because you retain all of the full nutrients and fiber of the whole foods. I call this recipe “Righteous Reds” because I threw in as many rich red fruits that I could get my hands on, and the results were spectacular.
This whole blended juice contains:
- watermelon
- strawberries
- tomato
- red bell pepper
- lemon
- basil
Those of you who’ve tried the spicy strawberry sorbet or strawberry bell pepper lemonade know how mind-blowing the combo of strawberries and red bell pepper is.
I’ve kicked things up a notch further on the “flavor fever” scale with basil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. If you want to be even more adventurous, add the goji berries, red pepper flakes, and frozen cauliflower boosters.
The KitchenAid Pro Line Series Blender
I own almost every blender on the market (they’re all kept in a butler’s pantry and in the garage!), and the KitchenAid Pro Line Series blender (or Power Plus blender as it is called in Europe) is the best blender I’ve ever used. This is now the most powerful home blender on the market, and delivers the most power at the blade to completely pulverizes nuts, seeds, and fibrous fruits and vegetables to deliver a consistency that incredibly smooth and creamy.
So, it’s great for making whole blended juices. On the upgraded model there is a fantastic pre-programmed juice setting, and in the last 30 seconds of the cycle, the speed automatically reduces to avoid the foaming and frothing that occurs with so many other high-speed machines. Just genius.
