Incredible Kale Guacamole

This kale guacamole is crazy delicious. It is super easy to make, loaded with detox nutrients, and is raw, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, grain-free, and Whole 30 compliant.

I love to add kale to my guacamole to infuse more detox power.

And, avocado is a detox diva. Loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, avocados combat toxins, neutralize acids, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol, metabolize fats, lubricate the skin, tissues, and joints, and energize and support the adrenals. With protein, fiber, alkalizing chlorophyll, potassium, B vitamins, and an arsenal of antioxidants—vitamins A, C, E, and K and glutathione, these buttery babes deliver the detox dynamite!

Kale Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup (50g) curly kale leaves (ribs removed), chiffonaded
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion, plus more to taste
  • 1/4  cup fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons ground chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash all of the guacamole ingredients together, and tweak lime juice and salt to taste. Enjoy with veggie sticks, corn chips, or crackers.
