Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
- 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup (27g) loosely packed baby spinach
- 1/2 cup (8g) loosely packed fresh mint leaves, plus more to taste
- 1/4 cup (35g) raw unsalted cashews, soaked and drained
- 1/2 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
- 1 cup (125g) ice cubes
Optional Boosters:
- 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon (5g) minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) wheatgrass powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) probiotic powder (see notes)
Instructions

Throw everything into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
