This vegan avocado smoothie tastes like ice cream and if you get the blend just right, it tastes like banana bread. Add cinnamon to taste.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk (strained if homemade)
- 1 cup (44g) firmly packed baby spinach
- 1 small avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 medium banana
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) pure maple syrup, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) natural vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) ice cubes
optional boosters
- 1 teaspoon (3g) wheatgrass powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) probiotic powder
- Pinch of ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
Instructions

Throw everything into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
