Sesame Apple Avocado Salad

This incredible sesame apple avocado salad has en epic flavor combination that may sound strange, but it is just incredible.

Avocado always tastes buttery and decadent, but it’s seriously divine when it’s offset by the slight tart flavor of the green apple, the robust notes of the toasted sesame oil, and the heat of the red pepper flakes. Oh, just wait. This combo is just heavenly.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the apple, lemon juice, sesame oil, cilantro, hemp seeds, ginger, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  2. Place the avocado halves on a plate (or two plates), and fill each cavity with equal amounts of the apple mixture, and serve immediately.
