Grape Apple Pineapple Orange Green Smoothie

This sweet fruity green smoothie has your daily dose of fruits and is super delicious.

Grape Apple Pineapple Orange Green Smoothie

I call this grape apple pineapple orange green smoothie Fruity Fever because is sweet, super delicious, and loaded with nutrients.

If you’ve never tried baby bok choy in a smoothie, add it to your leafy green rotation because it’s mild in flavor, and goes into most blends unnoticed. Pair with sweet fruits like grapes, apple pineapple, orange, mango, banana, pear, citrus, and berries. Start with 1 cup, and add to taste. In large amounts, bok choy can get slightly bitter.

Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, and fiber, bok choy is a powerful anti-inflammatory aid that boosts immunity, neutralizes harmful free radicals, helps regulate blood pressure and cholesterol, and builds healthy blood.

With grapes, apple, pineapple, orange, and avocado, this sweet green smoothie delivers your daily quota of fruit, and tastes delightful. It makes you feel like you’re sitting on the beach. This pineapple orange smoothie is a s’blended introduction to green smoothies. Don’t miss it.

*Probiotic Powder – I add 1/2 teaspoon of probiotic powder to all smoothies to replenish stores of healthy bacteria for immunity, digestion, detox, and to balance the acidic effects of high-sugar fruits and other sweeteners. The really potent probiotics require refrigeration. If you have capsules, break the shell and release the powder. Unsweetened probiotic-rich liquids like kefirs (water, coconut water, milk varieties) or kombucha make wonderful health-promoting additions to shakes, too.
