Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) filtered water
  • 1 1/4 cups (300g) vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sprouted flaxseed meal
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional, see notes)
  • 2 cups (320g) frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
