Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange-flesh sweet potato, scrubbed and chopped
  • 2 carrots scrubbed
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger root, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Push the ingredients through your juicer, and strain with a fine mesh sieve.
