Beet, Açaí, Pomegranate Juice

This beet, açaí and pomegranate juice with spinach and coconut water is great for energy, detox, immunity, and is wonderful for your liver.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz (150g) raw purple beets, washed and scrubbed
  • 4 oz (33g) açaí berries or blueberries, washed
  • 4 oz (50g) pomegranate seeds or pitted cherries, washed
  • 4 oz (100g) baby spinach, washed
  • 4 fl oz (110ml) raw coconut water
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Push beetroot, spinach, acai, and pomegranate seeds through your juicer.

  2. Pour into a glass, stir through the coconut water, and garnish with mint.
