Throw all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender. Secure the lid, and blend on high for 5 minutes until piping hot. (For conventional machines, blend on on high for about 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan, and warm on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until hot. Enjoy immediately.
