Cardamom Mango Coconut Smoothie

This mango coconut smoothie with cardamom uses radish greens and tastes just like a tropical dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) full-fat canned coconut milk (shake, then pour)
  • 1 cup (240ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup (37g) radish greens (or baby bok choy or spinach)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 cups (320g) frozen mango

optional boosters

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
