Raw Fruit Virgin Margarita

This raw fruit virgin margarita is refreshing and delicious. A dash of cayenne pepper gives this a nice kick.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
  • 2 medium nectarines, stone removed and roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, peeled and quartered
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt, plus more to serve
  • 1 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
  • 1 1/2 cups (240g) frozen pineapple

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into the blender and blast on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and frosty.
  2. Salt the rims of two cocktail glasses, divide the mixture evenly between them, and enjoy immediately.
