  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 until smooth and creamy.

  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for a few hours until cold, then churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a steel loaf tin or sealed container, and freeze until hard.
