Banana Coconut Cream Pie Smoothie
This banana coconut smoothie from The Blender Girl Smoothies book tastes like a banana coconut cream pie in a glass and is pure comfort food!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) raw coconut water
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded unsweetened raw coconut
- 1/4 cup (35g) raw unsalted cashews, soaked
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
- 2 large frozen sliced bananas
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) ice cubes
optional boosters
- 1 cup (44g) firmly packed baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon melted virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (see notes)
Instructions

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
