Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480ml) raw coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 1 medium green apple, skin on, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup (102g) chopped baby bok choy
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.25g) ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups (320g) frozen mango
  • 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, plus more to taste (optional)
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt (optional, see notes)

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
