Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups (510g) green seedless grapes
  • 1 medium bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 small avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, plus more to taste
  • 2 cups (250g) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until frosty.
