This anti-inflammatory carrot, turmeric, sweet potato juice from The Decadent Detox 3-Day Juice Cleanse boosts immunity and hydrates on a cellular level.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium sweet potato
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, rind removed
  • 1 (1/2-inch) piece fresh turmeric root (or 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the produce with the cinnamon (and dried turmeric, if using) until evenly coated.

  2. Push the carrots, sweet potato, cucumber, lemon, turmeric, and water through your juicer.
  3. Strain any pulp, and stir in the salt.
