Apple, Parsley, Mint, & Cilantro Juice

This cilantro juice with apple, parsley, and mint is sweet, delicious, and fantastic for cleansing the liver and colon. This juice is a detox diva!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients through your juicer by adding some herbs and alternating with some pieces of apple and water (to get the most juice out of the herbs) and then drink pulped or strain with a fine mesh sieve.
