Creamy Mint Kiwi Spinach Smoothie

This creamy mint kiwi spinach smoothie from The Blender Girl Smoothies book is vegan and paleo-friendly, loaded with nutrients and really delicious.

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
  • 3 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup (27g) loosely packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup (8g) loosely packed fresh mint leaves, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 cup (35g) raw unsalted cashews, soaked and drained
  • 1/2 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup (125g) ice cubes

Optional Boosters:


  1. Throw everything into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
