Figgy Pudding Smoothie

This vegan fig smoothie tastes like figgy pudding and a holiday dessert in a glass. This recipe is raw, allergy-free, paleo-friendly and really delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (in a carton)
  • 2 cups chopped fresh or frozen figs
  • 1 cup firmly packed baby spinach
  • 1 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
