Immunity Juice In A Blender

If you're looking for juices made in a blender, this red immunity juice will rock your world. It's super easy, loaded with nutrients, and is so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (330g) diced fresh watermelon
  • 2 cups (270g) firmly packed fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, topped, quartered, and seeded
  • 1 medium tomato, quartered
  • 1 small lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1/3 cup (17g) firmly packed basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup (125g) ice cubes, plus more as needed (to chill)

optional boosters:

  • 1/4 cup (30g) raw frozen cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients (including any boosters) into the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the blender to the Adapti-Blend™ Juice program. Blend until machine turns itself off. (Alternatively, blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.)
