Throw all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender, and blast on high for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is piping hot. If you're using a conventional blender, blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds ,until smooth and creamy. Then, transfer the mixrture to a small saucepan, and gently warm on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until hot.
