Ingredients

medium tomatillos,
husked, rinsed, and roughly chopped

tablespoon (15g)
ribbed, seeded, and chopped jalapeño,
plus more to taste

cilantro leaves

medium red onion,
roughly chopped

tablespoon (15ml)
extra-virgin olive oil

tablespoon (15ml)
fresh lime juice,
plus more to taste

minced garlic

Celtic sea salt,
plus more to taste
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients into the blender, and pulse on a low speed for a rustic consistency. Tweak the jalapeño, lime juice, and salt to taste.
