Tomatillo Salsa

This fresh tomatillo salsa is a super easy sauce you can throw together in your blender in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 10 medium tomatillos,  husked, rinsed, and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) ribbed, seeded, and chopped jalapeño,  plus more to taste
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 medium red onion,  roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons (8g) minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • 2 teaspoons (12g) Celtic sea salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into the blender, and pulse on a low speed for a rustic consistency. Tweak the jalapeño, lime juice, and salt to taste.
