Mango Salsa Green Smoothie

This mango green smoothie is the most incredible and dimensional smoothie I have ever tasted. The complex flavors will blow your mind. Don't miss it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) raw coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 1 cup (43g) firmly packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup (14g) chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated lime zest, plus more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 3 cups (480g) frozen mango
  • 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, plus more to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
