Ingredients

  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 stalks asparagus
  • 1 green apple, cored, plus more to taste
  • 1 whole lemon,.  rind removed
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Push everything through your juicer.
