1bunch flat-leaf parsley
1bunch cilantro
1bunch mint
2green apples
1/2lemon,peeled
1/2cup (120ml)filtered water
Instructions
Put the ingredients through your juicer by adding some herbs and alternating with some pieces of apple and water (to get the most juice out of the herbs) and then drink pulped or strain with a fine mesh sieve.
