Vegan Brazil Nut and Almond Pâté

This vegan nut pate with Brazil nuts and almonds is super easy to make and has an incredible flavor! Serve with crackers or veggies or spoon onto bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw Brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos

Instructions

  1. Soak Brazil nuts in room-temperature water for 20 minutes, then rinse and drain. Discard the soaking liquid. 
  2. Throw the drained Brazil nuts and the other ingredients into a food processor fitted with the s blade, and pulse until you have a chunky but spreadable consistency.
