Vegan Gluten Free Waffles

These vegan gluten free waffles with buckwheat and oats are incredible. They have fantastic flavor and texture, are easy to make, and are allergy free.

Instructions

  1. Oil and preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Add all of the ingredients except the baking powder in the order listed to the container of your blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add the baking powder. Cover and blend on low for 5 seconds or just until incorporated. Let batter rest for 1 to 2 minutes. 
  4. Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or to desired crispness.
  5. Repeat, oiling the iron between each waffle.
