This avocado berry smoothie is sweet, creamy, and delicious and loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup (160g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain or vanilla-flavored vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup (160g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (80g) frozen raspberries
  • 15 fresh mint leaves, plus more to taste

optional boosters:

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon (7g) açaí powder
  • 2 teaspoons (6g) maqui powder

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into your blender (including any boosters) and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
