These finger lime kamikaze shots with mint and olive oil are really delicious. For an exotic drink to serve at your next party, give these a go!
Cut finger limes in half and gently massage and push out the round fruit inside. Top each shot glass with it. (If you cannot find finger limes, squeeze half a key lime into each shot. Top each shot with a few sugar crystals and garnish with a bit of the minced fresh mint leaves.
*For an alcohol-free version, use extra lemonade in place of the vodka.
