Ingredients

  • 4 oz (120ml) vodka
  • 2 oz (60ml) Triple Sec
  • 2 oz (60ml) lemonade homemade or store bought
  • 2 teaspoons lemon-infused extra virgin olive oil (1/2 teaspoon for each shot)
  • 2 finger limes (or key limes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon course sugar crystals
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint minced

Instructions

  1. Shake until you have combined vodka, Triple Sec, and lemonade in a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. Divide the drink into four shot glasses, and top each shot glass with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
  3. Cut finger limes in half and gently massage and push out the round fruit inside. Top each shot glass with it. (If you cannot find finger limes, squeeze half a key lime into each shot. Top each shot with a few sugar crystals and garnish with a bit of the minced fresh mint leaves.

Recipe Notes

*For an alcohol-free version, use extra lemonade in place of the vodka.
