Raw Vegan Plum Crumble

This raw vegan plum crumble is super easy to throw together, totally delicious, and is gluten-free and paleo-friendly for a fantastic breakfast or dessert.

Instructions

  1. Combine the dates, pecans, walnuts, hemp seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor fitted with the s blade, and pulse until the mixture has the consistency of rustic bread crumbs. Transfer to a small bowl.
  2. In another bowl, toss the plums with the maple syrup until evenly coated.
  3. Divide the plums between four bowls. Spoon equal amounts of the crumble on top of the fruit. Serve with a dollop of cashew cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
