Kale Guacamole

This kale guacamole from my 7-Day Raw Reset is loaded with detox nutrients, and is so crazy delicious you may never go back to the regular kind again!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup (50g) curly kale leaves (ribs removed), chiffonaded
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion, plus more to taste
  • 1/4  cup fresh lime juice, plus more to taste
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons ground chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash all of the guacamole ingredients together, and tweak lime juice and salt to taste. Enjoy with veggie sticks, corn chips, or crackers.
