Thank you! I searched for food combining and came across your great blog post. I bookmarked the article to refer back to, but the the cheat sheets are even better! They help me remember the different food groups, and which foods go well together. My digestion is better, my sleep is better, and I have more energy. Oh, and I've lost weight without even trying. I didn't think that was possible most menopause. Just amazing.
